Harmony. Synchronize. Synergistic. This is how our bodies work. Lots of people see my facebook posts about essential oils and clean skin care. Many find oils useful, helpful, and even revolutionizing. Results vary of course.
But here’s what I’d like to remind us all: it’s never ONE THING. The path to health and the BEST YOU has MANY veins flowing into it. A body needs proper exercise, clean food and water, good doses of laughter, regular sleep, healthy stress levels, sufficient mental real estate to think, community, pleasure and playtime. If we eat trash, don’t get enough sleep, aren’t practicing mindfulness, not having FUN and are not intentionally DE-STRESSING our lifestyle, even the best supplements, food and health strategies are not going to be AS effective.
For instance, You can request an oil roll-on for bacteria or immune defense and I’m happy to make it for you, but if you eat sugar in large amounts consistently, you reverse any progress of immune defense. If your joints are achy but yet still continue to eat inflammatory foods, that EO massage oil I make for you is not going to be quite AS effective.
It’s a WHOLE body. And the whole body must be treated in a multidimensional manner. There’s no ONE magic formula or blend to bring a person out of toxicity. These oils are TOOLS, and they can’t make good choices FOR you. They work best with bodies that are in agreement with heaven’s plan for our lives… which is WHOLENESS in every area of life. A failing body begs for a renewed mind that feasts on truth and positivity. Sagging emotions cry out for the comfort of COMMUNITY, natural endorphins and deep breathing.
We are spirits...who have souls...that live in a body. Our TRIUNE Nature cannot thrive unless we are intentionally feeding and NOURISHING ALL of its facets.
So...I ENCOURAGE YOU on this first day of the month: Make a change today, however small it may be, even if it’s just one tiny thought that feeds your whole being something NEW and LIFE-giving!
