Ordering & Shipping
SkinCare Matters is intentionally small by design. Each product is handcrafted with care and attention. Once payment clears, orders are typically fulfilled and shipped or ready for pickup within 7–10 business days.
Local Pickup: You will be notified when your order is ready and given a time and location.
Shipped Orders: Tracking numbers are provided so you can follow your package.
Please note: Body Butter is sensitive to heat and may soften around 78°F. During warmer months, we provide ice packs and thermal wrap for shipping. We cannot offer exchanges for melted butter in transit, so please consider local temperatures when ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to enjoy your products. If something isn’t right, email us and we’ll discuss how to make it better. Exchanges require the product to be returned. Once shipped, SCM is not responsible for lost packages.
Product Notes & Care
- All products: Always patch test, especially if new to essential oils. Every body responds differently. SkinCare Matters products are free of chemical stabilizers, fillers, and toxins. No medical claims are made.
- Clay Mask: Natural variation in texture is expected. Slight tingling or redness is normal; follow with moisturizer or Body Butter.
- Whipped Body Butter: Easily melts; store at room temperature, away from heat and sunlight. May leave oil residue on fabrics until absorbed.
- Sprays & Lotions: Shake well before use as oils naturally separate.
- Epsom Salts: Best used within a month; scent and texture may change over time.
- Foaming Soap: Slight cloudiness is normal; gently swirl before use.
