Whipped Body Butter
Shea butter, coconut oil and macadamia nut are oil whipped into a soft cloud-like texture. This is luxurious hydration that melts in your hand and soaks into the skin. It is especially nourishing for problem areas like elbows, heels or knees, although most use this as a full body moisturizer as well. The three healing ingredients make it an excellent choice for a variety of conditions: rashes, dry or flaky skin, cuticle treatment, itchy conditions like poison ivy, sun and windburn, tattoo aftercare, and massage oil. The anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties in Shea butter and coconut oil also allow this product to be a wonderful wound healer for bruises, swelling, cuts, burns, bites, and scratches.
This is an oil-based product, so be sure to keep away from heat and light, and to store at a stable room temperature not above 78 degrees. Also allow the butter to soak in fully before coming into contact with fabrics, as oil residue may occur. *Can only ship in cool temperatures. Not responsible for melted product once it ships. (SkinCare Matters includes an ice pack and thermal wrap to avoid melting in transit).

Please note: Body Butter can melt in hot temperatures. In warm months, SCM provides an icepack and thermal wrap to keep it cool. Consider your temperatures and weather forecast before you order, for we do not offer exchanges for butter that has melted in transit. It begins to get soft around 78 degrees. IF you have placed an order for butter or Facial Balm, do not leave it sit outside in the heat.
