Recovery Rub

If you like a minty muscle rub, this one’s for you. Clove, eucalyptus, peppermint, and wintergreen deliver tingle for immediate loosening in thise tense areas. This is my own personal favorite for just after workouts when neck feels tight, or I’ve slept wrong and need some tension release in the hip or neck area. Lemongrass and ginger make it ideal for arthritic spots or swelling in joints or injuries that need to be “de- flamed”.
